All articles published in our journal are open access and are freely available online immediately after publication.
The Article Processing Charge (APC) covers various publishing services, including online tools for editors and authors, article hosting, indexing services, and author support.
There is no fee for submission. The APC is only required after editorial acceptance of the manuscript, at which point the corresponding author will be notified. The fee must be paid before the article is published.
The APC rates are as follows:
- Authors from Faculdade Cleber Leite: R$ 350.00 (three hundred and fifty reais)
- Authors from other Brazilian institutions: R$ 400.00 (four hundred reais)
- Authors from outside Brazil: US$ 150 (one hundred and fifty dollars)
The fee is fixed, regardless of the article's length.
The corresponding author is responsible for making or arranging the payment upon editorial acceptance. We recommend immediate payment, as accepted articles will not be published until payment is received. Payment must be made through the link that will be provided after manuscript approval.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be granted only in cases of errors on the journal's part, such as:
- Failure to publish the manuscript under the open access terms selected by the authors.
- Unavailability of the article on the journal’s platform.
- Publication under a Creative Commons license different from the one chosen by the authors.
If these errors are not corrected within 30 days after publication, a refund will be processed.
The APC will not be refunded if the article is removed due to author error or misconduct.
